Fishing the New River
Ashe County NC is the home of the American Heritage River, and the great New River. Across much of the NC Mountain land in Ashe County, there are many streams and mountain brooks that flow from these waters, making Ashe County the perfect spot to enjoy fishing or fly fishing in particular.
